Who is Jasmina Sadek?

Jasmina Sadek is an associate within the property practice at Monard Law where she advises clients on different aspects of real estate with a particular focus on public-private partnership (PPP). She also litigates in these areas.

Jasmina obtained her master’s degree from Ghent University. She obtained an additional master’s degree in business law at the University of Antwerp in 2016. During these studies she started her career as a legal officer at AG Real Estate as a part of the PPP Schools of Tomorrow (Scholen van Morgen). In 2017 she completed the postgraduate course young professionals real estate at the KU Leuven.

Jasmina joined Monard Law in 2016 and is a member of the Brussels bar.
